Frequently Asked Question

If you are logged in and know your current password, click on your nickname at the top of the page and then click on Account Security. You will then be prompted to enter your current password and your new password as well as confirm your new password. The click on Submit and your new password will be set.

If you don't know your current password, you can reset your password on the login page. On the login page, click on Forgot Password?, enter your email address on the next screen, click on the reset link that will be sent to you, and finally set/reset your password.
